The payment tariff tables linked below show the payment you will be paid should your application be successful under the Diffuse Mesothelioma Payment Scheme.
The payment is based on the age of the person diagnosed with Mesothelioma at the point of diagnosis and is subject to deductions against any benefits paid due to Diffuse Mesothelioma.
The amounts quoted on the table below include the following contributions to legal fees.
