Extract from the Diffuse Mesothelioma Payment Scheme Regulations 2014 (Amendment of Schedule 4 of the Regulations)

The payment tariff tables linked below show the payment you will be paid should your application be successful under the Diffuse Mesothelioma Payment Scheme.

The payment is based on the sufferer's age at the point of diagnosis and is subject to deductions against any benefits paid due to Diffuse Mesothelioma.

The amounts quoted in the table below include a £7,000 contribution to legal fees.

The Scheme will begin making payments to successful applicants from 1 July 2014.
